NavaSource (“NavaSource,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides wholesale appliance products and related services through our website at navasource.com (the “Site”), by phone/text, and in person (collectively, the “Services”).   • Orders & delivery info (items purchased, delivery/billing addresses; payment cards are processed by our payment processor and not stored by us).

B. Automatic collection

  • Device/usage data (IP, browser/device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, timestamps, approximate location via IP).
  • Cookies/pixels/SDKs for functionality, analytics, and (if enabled) ad measurement.

C. From third parties

  • Service providers (payments, delivery) for transaction and logistics updates.
  • Marketing/lead partners and public sources (business directories).
  • We do not obtain SMS consent from third parties. SMS consent is collected directly from you.

Our Services are intended for business users and individuals 16+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If a child provided information, contact us to request deletion.
